  I've been here since 2019. Base rent started at 955 and now I'm paying almost 1600 a month. The water isn't drinkable and I've been buying bottled water for years. It is often is light brown colored and rusts things like the toilet. The appliances are out dated for the price they charge for rent. I noticed many repairs that have been glued back together that I thought I broke but after closer inspection I could see old glue. You don't get annual carpet cleanings or anything to justify the rent increases. The pool and fitness center that they advertise is not on this property. It is at one of their sister properties called Gallery Place way out by the prison. When I first moved in I had to supply my own faucet for the kitchen and in order for maintenance to install it, I had to agree to leave it when I moved out. The original faucet was so low that I couldn't even rinse out a pot in the sink. It's like they bought the cheapest fixtures possible without actually thinking of functionality and especially for a place that advertises itself a premium community to live in you would think that nicer fixtures would be standard. I also had to replace the shower head because it was like something you'd see in a cheap motel. I would say that the ONLY pro to living here is how quiet it is. Besides the quiet, they are overcharging for this place. Oh, and in my unit, the vent in the main bedroom doesn't work so in the summer I have to use a fan and in the winter I have to use a space heater. I've tried to get them to fix it for well over a year now but no luck. I'm just going to move when my lease ends. There's no way these mediocre apartments should cost this much!!!

  Had a small issue will our disposal and microwave a few weeks ago. Aron had everything fixed within 20 minutes. He was friendly and even work shoe coverings to make sure he didn’t track any outside dirt into our apartment. I saw him about a week later doing some maintenance around the complex and he gave me a big wave across the parking lot. After living under a terrible experience with a company in another state The Gillespie Group has been a very amazing experience for my partner and I.
