  I had gotten a lease violation that they said nothing about which is illegal. All they did was give me a bill. Then told me after it was paid that it was for a lease violation which makes it illegal. I went into the office to get it figured out because last time i was in there they said my renters insurance was almost expired then told me never mind because it didnt expire until 2027. So when i went in they told me it was because my renters insurance wasnt updated. I asked for my money back and to have things figured out and i got told that i will probably not be getting my money back. The guy in the office said "I just work here" when i asked about having this fixed. Unacceptable and not professional at all. And on top of that there's animals in the attic and they keep telling me there isn't any animals and its probably the piping moving around. I know what I can hear. I work for a pest control company and I believe its bats in the attic. But they won't send any pest control company to actually come look. And when they do offer to send a pest control company out its one that doesn't deal with bats. I personally would rather have a company come out that will deal with the whole issue. Also they raise the rates on your lease when you go to resign even though I was told and many others that it would go down. I really feel lied to all around. Its like they would rather loose a renter than keep one that pays there bills on time and doesn't trash their apartment or break the rules. Also the business fires everyone in the office quite often. Any time I've been in there there's someone new

  Tyler was so helpful and professional on our tour. He really took his time and explained everything for me before I even asked him. He is amazing!
