  way to expensive, i moved in a couple months ago and paid 1630 the first month, second month the same with a 12$ renters insuance fee, now its pressing close to 1800 with a 110 dollar fee for something on top of that

  Not impressed! Nothing gets taken care of around here. The hallways are ALWAYS disgusting. Ive been here 2 years and the hallway fan doesnt work so the air is stagnant and nasty. The outdoors aren't maintained. Sure it gets mowed weekly but how about all the trash thrown everywhere. ? Dog poop bins and trash cans over flowing. Especially for the prices of rent. Wouldn't recommend. Too bad i already signed my lease again. It just gets grosser and grosser. Slum lords if you will. Basically have to beg to get anything fixed and when it does its half assed. 🙃 so, if you are looking for an overpriced trash bin to live in youve found the perfect place.

  A relative of mine has lived there for several years and has a HORRIBLE time getting anyone to do repairs needed. His (using "his" for ease of writing) heating vents don't put out much air. He has ribbons taped up by them and the ribbons don't really move to show that the air is coming out. He also has a window in one of the bedrooms that the outside pane is cracked and so he has no air barrier and the room is frigid in the winter. NEVER do they repair anything he needs to be repaired. They say that they don't have enough money to. I wouldn'trecommend The Abby to anyone.
