This place has been a complete disaster for the entire two years I’ve lived here!! Management turnover is constant… they cannot keep staff, and there is zero stability in the office. There also seems to be frequent turnover in maintenance staff, which adds to the lack of consistency in how issues are handled. No one ever seems to know what’s going on. At one point, the entire office staff was suddenly gone with no notice to residents. For about a month, there was literally no one available in the office. During that time, things got extremely concerning. There were widespread issues and confusion around rent payments, and many residents were being told they needed to prove they had already paid. People were scrambling to track down receipts and documentation just to avoid being charged again. There was a lot of talk and concern among residents about how money had been handled under the previous management, and instead of any clear explanation, everything felt like it was quietly swept under the rug. No transparency, no accountability- just silence, then a whole new crew. Now there’s a new team, but nothing has really improved. The current manager, Kevin, is inconsistent and hard to trust.. you’ll get a different answer depending on when you ask. And Brittany at the front desk is incredibly unpleasant to deal with. She comes across rude, condescending, and unprofessional, which is unacceptable anywhere but especially unacceptable in a community that houses elderly and disabled residents who deserve patience and respect. Sometimes when I go in there it’s hard to even listen to her speak to residents. Not to mention the overall condition of the property also feels poorly maintained. There is often cigarette smoking in common outdoor areas and on balconies, and cigarette butts are frequently left around the grounds. Sidewalks are also regularly unclean with dog waste all over them, which adds to the neglected feel of the property. The units themselves also feel poorly insulated. You can feel drafts coming through windows, which makes it uncomfortable and highlights the lack of proper upkeep. This is supposed to be low-income housing funded by taxpayer money, but it is not being run in a way that reflects that responsibility at all. Overall, living here feels stressful and uncertain. You don’t know who to trust, you don’t get clear answers, and instead of help, you’re met with attitude. Save yourself the time and frustration yall & just look elsewhere.

Be careful new management is aggressive. Pounding on residents doors where neighbors 2 doors down can hear. He will barge in your house as your walking in even if you tell him no. Threatens to tow cars that pay for parking.Jumps through peoples car windows to yell at them. This guy is scarey. We still cant use the gym when we get home from work or before work. Its not available to us unless the office is unlocked . No pool no bbq spots lno large park .everythings falling apart and now the manager is saying if anything breaks after you move in you have to pay for it even if its normal wear and tear. New management stopped all the community activities.

had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. Brittney was extremely rude and condescending, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. It’s surprising they would have someone representing their property who treats both current and potential tenants this way. Because of that experience alone, I chose not to move forward with renting here. I also found communication from Kevin to extremely unprofessional and just down right strange. Overall, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this property based on how I was treated.

If I could give 0 stars I would ! Moved in November… have had no use of my dryer due to them not figuring out and fixing said problem… management is a joke ! This place is absolutely terrible! Rude and never do anything when a work order has been placed … even been swore at by the new management Kevin ……. How lovely …not to mention management being swapped and no one being notified… or how about my rent payments being on time but off the first 3 months … not only do I pay 1330 a month but I have yet to have a dryer and my tack strip has been showing since we moved in !!!! This place needs help !!! in a major way ! For me to be told I have been a “priority this whole time” but still can’t use said amenities is ridiculous! Then when I tell them if they don’t fix it I’m going to pay my lease the $500 to move out I’m told “you can leave “ …..

The place is falling apart ants all over inside and I’m not kidding. You can go knock on peoples doors. They’ll tell you the same thing post your rent payments then they come to evict you even If it’s been paid on time, it’s a gross place to live. Lots of stress.
