- BBBillie BrownJan 5, 20261.0I’ve lived here for the past year. They are horrible to work with. Never answer phones and I’m not talking once in a while, I’ve called 40-50 times a day. They are never in the office and they have the windows covered so you can’t see in. They won’t answer emails and they do not fix things. I have to call the emergency line to get anything done. They are rude, they let cars stay broken down in spots, they don’t keep up with the lawn correctly, they said dead bushes would be pulled and they never did. They make excuses for all of this stuff. Why they don’t answer phone or emails, why grass isn’t cut or bushes pulled and so on. You will hate it here.

My Freezer wasn’t working properly and in the pouring rain at 7:00pm Doug brings a brand new refrigerator from another Unit so my food didn’t go bad. What a guy! Also the office staff are Absolutely amazing as well going above and beyond their job title to make sure all residents are well taken care of. 💕

If I have a maintenance request, they're here literally within a day, and if its an emergency, I have never waited more than 20 minutes- even if its outside of working hours. They have great community involvement and the residents are all so sweet. Theres disc golf and playgrounds on property (and hopefully someday a pool) and the staff is always willing to help with anything you need!

The management and office staff are very friendly & accommodating and the maintenance manager here on site is outstanding!
