My Freezer wasn’t working properly and in the pouring rain at 7:00pm Doug brings a brand new refrigerator from another Unit so my food didn’t go bad. What a guy! Also the office staff are Absolutely amazing as well going above and beyond their job title to make sure all residents are well taken care of. 💕

If I have a maintenance request, they're here literally within a day, and if its an emergency, I have never waited more than 20 minutes- even if its outside of working hours. They have great community involvement and the residents are all so sweet. Theres disc golf and playgrounds on property (and hopefully someday a pool) and the staff is always willing to help with anything you need!

The management and office staff are very friendly & accommodating and the maintenance manager here on site is outstanding! - AFAngela FryAug 10, 20253.0When's the pool going in where's the big playground at? Was told when we moved in these things would be put in this summer.office is hardly open to use the gym. Dryer has broke twice, ac broken for most summer. Drywall never fixed trim etc never caulked . Caulk all over windows . Management is hard to get a hold of emails never heard back , calls and messages no reply.matiemce takes forever. Good luck reaching someone at corperate they tell you to call manager. Lots of neighbors complaining bout same things . Places are nice inside . People are friendly etc. Just getting things fixed and things told we're done is problem
