  Ashley and Bethanne are the best realty/brokerage team around hands down. They have helped me with buying and selling homes over the past 10 years and it's always a seamless experience.   I’ve had a great experience working with NextHome Up North as I begin the process of selling a flip house. From the start, their team has been incredibly flexible, friendly, and easy to work with. Their expertise really stands out. They’ve already gone above and beyond with marketing by featuring my home on social media, using a drone to capture high-quality exterior photos of both the property and the surrounding area, and even using AI staging to showcase the home’s potential in listing photos. The process has been efficient and well-organized, and communication has been smooth every step of the way.   We’ve had two incredible experiences with NextHome UpNorth, both selling and buying homes, and each time exceeded our expectations! The first time we worked with Ashley Boals, she made the entire process of selling our home smooth, stress-free, and well-organized. Her knowledge, communication, and professionalism gave us so much confidence during a big life transition!! The second time around, we worked with Morgan Robinson (with a little help from Greg Robinson even, also amazing!) when buying our next home, and the experience was just as outstanding!!
