  Horrendous experience with this company-failing to notify owners of repairs then sending them $10k bills without a work order/price breakdown, almost impossible to contact, no documentation showing where HOA dues go, raising HOA dues constantly, bullying/gossiping about other condo owners. Save yourself from the headaches and find another property management group!

  If I could give less than one star, I would. I resided in a property with them for upwards of two years... finally had the city come and inspect the home after multiple incomplete maintenance requests from the day I moved in. Needless to say, the property failed the inspection. I then randomly received a request to vacate to the property mid month, with less than thirty days notice. I happily accepted, though I had to explain to them that if I paid rent for a month, I wouldn’t be moving until the end. They are horrible at responding to calls/texts/emails and you will only receive a response after threatening legal action. There are tons of property management companies in the metropolitan area, save yourself the headache. Even after a complete overhaul of staff during my time with them... Carrie, Jessica and Dottie... literally the WORST team of individuals to do business with.

  This company manages the Condominium Complex that I live in. They ignore all requests for maintenance. We have a leak on our ceiling and my dry wall is soaking through on to the floor. Calls to Southeastern Management are automatically sent to voice mail. And the calls won't get returned for days. They assessed every unit in the complex $1000 last year to do "beautification" projects. Nothing has been beautified. There are no project management skills at this company. No schedules, no timelines, no conflict resolution... They habitually avoid having to do anything other collect our monthly housing association dues.
