- BTBrittany TerryJul 11, 20251.0ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY! This so called company manages our “HOA” in our neighborhood which is over an hour away from where we live . Maryanne, who is some sort of “secretary” from what it sounds like, seems like a miserable human being also. Overall, this company is a freaking joke. You cannot contact anyone directly. If you request a bass book, they want to charge you. Which apparently the book and bylaws haven’t been updated in over 20 years. We have no clue who’s on our “board” in our neighborhood, which apparently is also the ones who “vote” and determine things.There’s currently a few neighbors that want to end this so called “HOA” and vote it out but that’s unlikely to happen …. We are looking forward to selling our house and getting away from this HOA bull crap. Company is trash.
- RRreggg246Apr 26, 20231.0Horrendous experience with this company-failing to notify owners of repairs then sending them $10k bills without a work order/price breakdown, almost impossible to contact, no documentation showing where HOA dues go, raising HOA dues constantly, bullying/gossiping about other condo owners. Save yourself from the headaches and find another property management group!
