I've lived here for almost 6 months.. and honestly? I love it!
-Office staff: I have not had many conversations with them since my initial move-in, but they were friendly, straight-forward and helpful when I did speak with them. Only had to call maintenance for small things when setting up the SmartRent stuff (thermostat & door lock app), they are attentive & fast.
-Amenities: I haven't had a chance to use the pool yet but it looks so good that it might just be the first community pool I've ever actually *wanted* to use. The gym is small but it packs some nice equipment. (Hoping they make a larger fitness space when all of the buildings are finished & more residents move in.) They do not have a dog park YET, but word is that they have been approved for one so that should be in the works. The community room is spacious and perfect for gatherings! Bonus: it even has a foosball table.
-Location: It's an industrial area so there's not much to do within walking distance and there's a lack of sidewalks outside the residency, but the nearby business park is a nice area for walks. Seems safe and it's nice being away from the inner-city chaos.
-Apartments: I LOVE ours!! We did not get to tour it before move-in because our building was still under construction, but the 3D online tour was incredibly helpful for planning & accurate to the real thing. New appliances, central air, big windows, a lil patio/balcony, and HUGE bedroom closets! Most (if not all) homes have a small outdoor storage closet available. It's tiny but still useful. There are garages available if you're willing to pay an extra $150 or more a month. (I do not have one but from the looks of it, there is ample space for storage if needed).
-Neighbors: I can only speak for my building and I haven't met many yet, but everyone so far has been kind. The largest demographic seems to be young adults in their 20s & 30s who mostly keep to themselves; I've never encountered a noise problem as the walls seem pretty insulated, not paper-thin like some places. I rarely hear people talking or dogs barking. If I do, it's faint. Perhaps I'm just lucky with my direct neighbors.. either way, no complaints there.
-Price: Look y'all I won't lie, it is pricey. (Then again, what isn't these days?) You can see/expect that from the prices listed online so if you're looking into living here, you already know that. The complex is literally described as "brand new luxury community", so don't come expecting a $1,000 apartment. I chose this place knowing I'd happily pay a little extra money for a NICE apartment with new appliances, that fresh construction smell (no weird odors from past residents), and a location conveniently just off M6, near the airport, and just a few mins from East Beltline. The area seems pretty safe.
-Overall: If this all sounds up your alley, I would recommend applying. Though each persons' experience will differ, I have no complaints and would recommend living here.
