  Sean and Heather at Grand Oak Mortgage Company were very reliable and efficient in assistance with acquiring a loan in the first buyer homeownership process! I would recommend for anyone's first time buying a home or purchasing a home in general to reach out to this company first and foremost and work with the loan officers there to help. In what seems to be a stressful process, isn't really with their help and knowledge of mortgage programs as well as taking the time to understand and answer questions!!

  I had a wonderful experience! Sean was great to work with. He was very honest and reliable! He took a lot of time to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck and that’s exactly what Grand Oak has done for me! I would recommend working with Sean and Heather, they are great! The whole process was very smooth for me!
