  When I moved in (2016) I was showed a storage locker that went with my apt. 2wks. later they sent a letter saying it would cost $25 per month to use the locker. Strike1. Strike2. New cabinets were put in all apts., everything taken out of the old cabinets would not fit in the new cabinets (smaller space inside). Strike 3. It used to be easy to get things fixed in your apt., now you have to put in a request in the portal and no telling how long that will take if they even check it. It shouldn't take over a month to get a drain unclogged. But, I hate moving, so here I am. Roof over my head. Oh and a big one, they redid our mail room and made it accessible to anyone coming in off the street (porch pirates). That didn't make any sense to me.

  I love having a fitness center right in the building I live. Close to shopping center is a plus as well.

  Beautiful area, great staff!! Working with me to fix a few details in the apartment. Overall, a great experience!! I'm looking forward to living here!!!

  very high utility bills, they renovated some apartments and increased the old rent by at least 350-400 dollars! The rental office lady talks in a horrible way to residents! I discourage people from considering it
