Everything feels more organized, responsive, & well-managed, & it really shows day to day. Hector in particular, has been my go-to person!! He's been incredibly consistent, quick to respond, & genuinely helpful every time I’ve needed anything, even off the clock!!! Overall, the changes have made a big difference, & it's clear the new team cares about improving the community. Very happy being here & appreciate all the hard work!

You get what you pay for. The new crew I'm sure is more expensive but its worth it with the quality of work and overall customer service. I recently had my sink repaired, HVAC unit repaired and eventually replaced, fridge/freezer replaced among other maintenance and I'm very happy with my apartment now. Josh, Kamen and Hector are all great hard workers also Christine and her assistant are wonderful. -Sam

Since they took over, the property has noticeably improved. Christine is attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in the well-being of residents. She listens, responds, and follows through — which makes a world of difference. Kaman is reliable, skilled, and always respectful. Maintenance concerns are handled efficiently, and the property is kept in great condition because of his consistent effort. Their teamwork has created a positive, welcoming environment, and it shows. We are very grateful for everything they do and hope their contributions are fully recognized.
