  I've seen such a huge improvement in this complex since the new team took over. Everything feels more organized, responsive, & well-managed, & it really shows day to day. Hector in particular, has been my go-to person!! He's been incredibly consistent, quick to respond, & genuinely helpful every time I’ve needed anything, even off the clock!!! Overall, the changes have made a big difference, & it's clear the new team cares about improving the community. Very happy being here & appreciate all the hard work!

  We ultimately did not go with Village club apartments, but we had a great experience touring and discussing options with them. Tiffani was very kind and helpful.

  Great Value for the money.! Christine Seder, the property manager, is very professional, responsive and dedicated to ensuring that any issue is promptly addressed. Her personal engagement is remarkable. The maintenance staff is courteous, knowledgeable and provide quick quality service at any time.

  The property manager (Christine) and maintenance supervisor (Kaman) have made significant improvements to this complex over the past year. They’ve proven to be professional, dedicated, reliable and proactive, such a refreshing change from past management.
