    I have been living at Muirwood Apartments for about 4 years, and unfortunately the maintenance service has been very disappointing. The maintenance turnaround time is extremely slow. For example, our dishwasher has been non-functional for several weeks and it still hasn’t been resolved, which has been very inconvenient for daily living. Many of the appliances and fixtures in the apartments are quite old, and issues come up more frequently than expected. Considering the high rent, I would expect better upkeep of the units and faster response from the maintenance team. The staff has been okay, but overall the service, responsiveness, and maintenance management need significant improvement. Long-term residents deserve better support and more timely resolutions to basic household issues.
