  My Elderly Dad has lived in this community for 5 1/2 years. He was very happy here, due to medical necessity, we have had to move him to a retirement community. Fairmont is a beautiful place to live. Very pretty club house and a great pool with tennis courts. Apartments are spacious with nice amenities. Whenever dad needed anything, the staff were always attentive and took care of his needs… the neighborhood is gorgeous and a safe place to live. If you’re looking for nice apartment living, I highly recommend giving Fairmont Park a look.

  I’ve been living at Fairmount park for 2 years now. I had a great experience with the leasing agents and the maintenance staff. Grounds are always clean and the nature trail is great to walk on.

  Fairmont park is a great place to stay, they have an amazing nature trail around the property and staff is really great. I enjoy staying here and would refer to any looking for a nice place to stay.

  Avoid this property. I experienced ongoing pest issues tied to unresolved moisture problems that management repeatedly brushed aside. I reported moisture-related bugs (pill bugs, centipedes) well before cockroach activity appeared. Roaches were later confirmed to be coming from another unit, meaning this was a building-wide issue, not tenant behavior. An AC leak was never properly dried or investigated, worsening conditions that attract pests. I have even experienced earwig ingestion, which raises serious health and sanitation concerns. Pests happen—but ignoring moisture, minimizing health risks, and only acting after tenants push repeatedly is unacceptable. If you care about cleanliness, safety, or responsive management, look elsewhere.
