I’ve been living at Fairmount park for 2 years now. I had a great experience with the leasing agents and the maintenance staff. Grounds are always clean and the nature trail is great to walk on.

Have had numerous issues with my apartment ever since I moved in! They switched my apartment last minute and it was basically a FIXER UPPER! The place was horrible and unfit to move someone in!! I have been there for about 3 months now and every other freaking week something else needs REPAIR!!! I hate I even chose this place to move to BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!

Avoid this property. I experienced ongoing pest issues tied to unresolved moisture problems that management repeatedly brushed aside. I reported moisture-related bugs (pill bugs, centipedes) well before cockroach activity appeared. Roaches were later confirmed to be coming from another unit, meaning this was a building-wide issue, not tenant behavior. An AC leak was never properly dried or investigated, worsening conditions that attract pests. I have even experienced earwig ingestion, which raises serious health and sanitation concerns. Pests happen—but ignoring moisture, minimizing health risks, and only acting after tenants push repeatedly is unacceptable. If you care about cleanliness, safety, or responsive management, look elsewhere.

The maintenance person responded to my problem quickly. He did a good job, and even came back to explain it to me!
