Our stay at Citation Club was satisfactory. However, after moving out, we’ve had a rather disappointing experience with the management. We were charged for several years of carpet replacement, even though we only lived there for less than two years and had already paid a substantial lease breakage fee. There was no clear justification provided for this charge. Moreover, management’s communication has been extremely poor and rude whenever we’ve asked for clarification. This feels very unfair, considering how well we maintained the apartment.

Initially seems like a great place to live until you actually get there. Been here 2 months and not impressed at all. Womens bathroom (by workout area) and sauna have been closed since I moved in - men’s bathroom flooded first time I went in - half the lights don’t work in the gym - no treadmills work in the gym. Safe to say the amenities are quite useless.

UPDATE: These are the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. Acting petty because they got called out on a review and the proceeding to retaliate against residents. Then the "property manager" had the audacity to search me and add me on linkedin. For what? All of our concerns got neglected since move in 2 months ago and we're treated like WE'RE the problem for wanting a working front door lock, a dishwasher without mold, and the shelves for our refrigerator. Communication with this office is non-existent. The property itself is very nice and seemingly well kept for the most part. 2 stars given for the cleanliness and amenity spaces offered. We were really excited about the sauna and indoor pool/hot tub. With that being said, the staff leave A LOT to be desired which is why we are rating lower. We moved in the middle of October and still have a laundry list of items that were not completed prior to our move in and have had zero communication with the office about the resolution of these issues. We were with the office staff until 8 PM on our move in day due to the front door lock system not working. As a result, they gave us the MASTER KEY to the property and have yet to get us a working lock... This is in addition to the mold found in the dishwasher as well as other issues upon move in. We were told that they prioritize emergencies and will get to our check list items "when they can".... I fail to see how a non-functional front door lock and mold are not considered an emergency for a new move in? We're also missing a shelf for the refrigerator and had to just begin moving in because they never addressed any of our issues which is really frustrating and disappointing. A "manager" reached out to walk the home, but we don't know if this actually happened or what the result was because they never responded back. Our move in checklist work order is on hold with no explanation or timeline of completion. If I didn't enter a work order myself for the items I doubt they would have ever addressed any of the items on our move in checklist. Basically, there is just zero sense of urgency and zero communication despite our many attempts for resolution. I feel as though they were nice and responsive and sweet talked us into renting, but now that we're moved in we've just been pushed aside and forgotten about which is really frustrating and a shame because the property itself is nice. They're quick to send 10000 emails about their breakfast grab and go events, but can't respond timely to anything else. Hopefully our review is taken seriously and prompts some sort of resolution so we can finally get fully moved in and begin to enjoy our new home...
