  Moved here mid-Feb and absolutely love our new home! The vaulted ceilings are incredible, the fireplace is so cozy, the clubhouse is gorgeous and my son LOVES the indoor pool. I love the smart lock on the door too so we can access our home with just a code. Great location and the school bus drives right through the community and picks up my son so easy pick up and drop off.

  I moved in this week. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me. The maintenance staff I've worked with are very kind and responsive. And with the snow I'm very impressed with how diligently they salted and plowed the driveway. I feel safe walking boxes to dumpster without fear of falling. My apartment looks like a fancy hotel. But it is drafty at night. Only a few more weeks til warmer weather.

  I moved into the Citation Club Apartments in Farmington Hills about 4 months ago and I love it here. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, they are always handled in a timely order. I recently put in an emergency request at 3:25 am and 7 minutes after I got off the phone, Nick was ringing my doorbell. I really appreciate such a quick respond. Two maintenance personnel, Rodney and Nick are top of the line Maintenance people. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and people friendly. They fix problems, and they answers the questions I ask in a way that make it easy for me to understand. I feel comfortable that whenever I have a maintenance issue, that it will be taken care of as quickly as it can, according to the priorities of other maintenance request. Rodney and Nick are an asset to the Citation Club Apartment.

  My water heater started to leak into the unit below at 7pm last night, and by 4pm today I had a new working water heater. The maintenance team really does a great job.
