  We had the pleasure of touring with Stephanie, who manages the community, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, caring, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. We’ve toured several communities in the area, but our experience here really stood out. We actually stopped by Ascent without an appointment, and even though she was clearly on her lunch break, Stephanie was more than happy to take the time to help us. What impressed us most was how she treated us even though we aren’t planning to move for another 4–6 months. Instead of brushing us off or making us feel like we were too early in our search (which we experienced elsewhere), she walked us through different options, discussed current pricing, and helped us envision what our future home could look like. At no point did we feel pressured or like a bother. Stephanie was the only person in the Farmington Hills area who made us feel comfortable starting our search early, and that really made a lasting impression. Knowing that she manages the community gives us even more confidence moving forward. We will definitely be coming back—and that’s largely because of Stephanie!

  We wanted to wait until we were fully settled before leaving a review, and now I can honestly say our move-in experience has been amazing from start to finish! From the moment we were approved, everything went smoothly. My boyfriend and I are truly loving our new home. There were a few minor things in the unit that needed to be fixed or replaced, but maintenance handled everything quickly and professionally. They were not only efficient but also very helpful—even assisting with a personal modification I wanted to make. That meant a lot. I also want to give a special thank you to Jessica in the leasing office. She has been incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. Anytime I brought something to her attention, she responded with such a positive attitude, took note of everything, and made sure maintenance was sent over right away. The staff here really made our transition so easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism they’ve shown us. It made all the difference. We absolutely love our new home and are so happy we chose to move here!

  Jessica was awesome!!!! She wasn’t pushy nor she wasn’t rushing me. Jessica was very pleasant and answered all my questions! And I have to add I LOVE THE APARTMENTS!❤️

  I recently toured Ascent at Farmington Hills and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the leasing process. When we arrived, the assistant property manager Jessica did not greet us or invite us into the office, and instead spoke with us from inside while we waited in the hallway. The overall interaction felt unwelcoming and lacked basic professionalism. The apartment tour itself was very brief (around 5 minutes) and did not include a proper walkthrough of the community amenities or an effort to understand our preferences or requirements. There was minimal engagement, and we did not feel guided through the process as prospective residents. Additionally, information about current leasing specials was not proactively shared and was only provided after we specifically asked. First impressions are very important when choosing a place to live, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect the level of service one would expect. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration to improve the touring experience for future prospective residents.
