The complex is super close to Michigan State University, which makes it really convenient for commuting. I live in a 4-bedroom apartment, and I love that we each have our own private bedroom and bathroom it’s definitely one of the best features for me. The apartments come fully furnished, which is a huge plus, and the in-unit washer and dryer makes laundry super easy. It’s also nice to have a pool, fitness center, and basketball/volleyball courts right on-site. One of my favorite things about living here is the free CATA bus passes it makes getting around East Lansing really simple. They also have a 24 hour business center, which has come in handy for studying and getting work done. My favorite thing is that we have a balcony that I can sit and read or do homework on when it’s nice out!! Overall, I’d definitely recommend 25 East to any MSU student looking for comfortable and convenient housing!

Something’s that are both good and bad listed below Bus passes: Good luck getting on in the mornings, also 3 miles off campus so expect a 20-30 min trip. Maintenance: They will be very quick or not. I didn’t have air conditioning for almost 2 months once, they won’t text or call you when they are coming the just arrive.
