Great location friendly and diverse residents. Management is responsive, courteous and any issues are addressed quickly and with empathy. The common areas of the building and area around the building need a thorough deep cleaning and yard manicure. Hope to see that will improve and be ongoing as fair enough I’m a newer resident.

People fall asleep while cooking multiple times, and management doesn’t do anything about it. One rent check is worth more than 100’s of lives.
Even when there’s no smoke, the fire alarm goes off almost daily. Have fun walking 20 flights of stairs.
Neighbors screaming at 2am every day, and management doesn’t do anything about it. Can report all you want, but it just goes into the void with no action taken at all. So I guess if you want a place to throw house parties: this is the place. They won’t do anything, so enjoy!~
Guy with a suit and mustache is openly hostile towards residents and guests to the point I wasn’t even comfortable asking for my own packages when he was working: I’d literally wait a half or full day until a different employee was there because it was so uncomfortable. Apparently there are issues in labeling and sorting, but the other two employees just figure it out and get me my packages without blaming me or the other employees, but with him it’s always an angry lecture or denial that I even have packages, when they’re literally right there… Such extreme and angry confidence that things don’t exist, when they’re literally next to his foot. Insane.
Overall, I can’t honestly recommend this place. Moved over to CityPlace, which is objectively cheaper and worse in many ways, but at least the management takes action when things are wrong and the security/package guy (Kevin) is always kind and helpful instead of angry. Between the two, The Pavillion has nicer larger units at better price points, but CityPlace actively tries to fix their issues and hold residents accountable instead of ignoring them.

Decent apartment. Moved in for cheaper rent and to save money towards some things. Please understand that it’s an older apartment and they really don’t care. When I moved in it was filthy. Plus, they pretty much just painted over everything. Doesn’t matter what it was. I’ve been here for almost 5 months and I’m finding new pieces of hair that they just painted over every single day. You’ll also have an array of smells in your apartment at times. It doesn’t matter if somebody in another apartment is smoking weed or frying chicken it will come through your vents and you will smell it. The fact I’m now able to save money on cheaper rent is really the only positive thing I can say about this place.
