Neighbors are still blasting music continuously each day all day outside hollering at 3am. Not able to get any sleep and I just moved here in July, there are bugs in the apartment, I have asked for extermination 3 times, I was told someone would come on 8/22 to complete the job, but no one showed up and now I can’t get a response to my emails. This is not a good place to live!

I have rented apartments for almost 15 years and this is by far the worst rental company I have ever come across. Every time you speak to someone, they have no clue or recollection of who you are and half the time, the published phone number on their website doesn't even work. I was supposed to move in on Saturday after agreeing for weeks and was told on Friday afternoon that the unit wouldn't be ready for another 2 weeks. Throughout the next 2 weeks, I called to get updates or even view the unit and was sent on a wild goose chase. I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I honestly wish i could make this half stars, but Google won't let me.
