She was very friendly and supportive in my process. She is definitely an asset to the company. She made me feel very welcomed.
- DNDz NutzMay 3, 20231.0They are very slow in fixing things. High turnover in maintenance department prevents utilities from getting fixed. I had a loose doorstep that I could trip on, and electric sockets with no power in the kitchen and as of 8 months has not been fixed. They dont want to fix things until youre about ready to move out and new tenants move in.
- AJarezana JonesFeb 12, 20221.0If I could give zero stars I could. This place is terrible we had a flood in July 2021 after moving in May 2021 it is now Feb 2022 and if has not been fixed. All we have is a basement with missing wall pieces and flood damage. We have leakage in the shower ceiling area. We also have moisture trapped in our mirror that they never fixed.All they do is come look and don’t fix anything. When you call that act like they never knew what was going on send someone else to look again and then you never hear back. It’s the worst ever it’s not cheap. Half the time the gate is open which is not safe. Also, when we first moved in we didn’t have a secure patio door which never got fixed they used shoe string to secure it along with a brick smh. Dishwasher never worked always overflowed. They never keep record of anything including important paper and maintenance request.

I have rented apartments for almost 15 years and this is by far the worst rental company I have ever come across. Every time you speak to someone, they have no clue or recollection of who you are and half the time, the published phone number on their website doesn't even work. I was supposed to move in on Saturday after agreeing for weeks and was told on Friday afternoon that the unit wouldn't be ready for another 2 weeks. Throughout the next 2 weeks, I called to get updates or even view the unit and was sent on a wild goose chase. I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I honestly wish i could make this half stars, but Google won't let me.
