I had a loose doorstep that I could trip on, and electric sockets with no power in the kitchen and as of 8 months has not been fixed. They dont want to fix things until youre about ready to move out and new tenants move in.

I have rented apartments for almost 15 years and this is by far the worst rental company I have ever come across. Every time you speak to someone, they have no clue or recollection of who you are and half the time, the published phone number on their website doesn't even work. I was supposed to move in on Saturday after agreeing for weeks and was told on Friday afternoon that the unit wouldn't be ready for another 2 weeks. Throughout the next 2 weeks, I called to get updates or even view the unit and was sent on a wild goose chase. I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I honestly wish i could make this half stars, but Google won't let me.
