We recently moved into The Press/321. The staff was professional and prompt throughout move in. The security staff in the foyer are always friendly and have treats for pups when they come back from walks. The management has events for the residents and in April there was a discussion on plants and BloomBox gave everyone there a free potted plant. The property is so clean - everywhere. I've found Ann, who is in charge of cleaning, on the outside cleaning windows. She is extremely helpful and always has a smile. Our apartment was immaculate when we moved in and so quiet. When we're inside you dont hear a thing. Our neighbors and everyone I've met have been friendly. Overall we have found this to be a wonderful experience.

Super nice apartment. But the parking garage is horrible, I waited 40 mins to get in the garage but multiple people that came after me were able to get out. Instead of charging the regular price of $295 for parking they charge $200 for the inconvenience that’s been going on for months. I rather pay $295 and not have to wait so long

No one calls back about setting up a tour. Called three times and it’s always a third party person who takes down information and says someone from their team will reach to set up a tour and no one does. Been waiting for a month now after a few tries.
