- AKAzure KwokDec 18, 20251.0This hole was here before I even moved in. I moved in late August, and since then it’s been an ongoing issue that has only gotten worse day each day. At first I couldn’t even tell what was wrong, because management never disclosed there was a large hole. It had been covered with a painted piece of plank wood, disguised like a plumbing access door. I’ve submitted 9 work orders about someone else’s shower sewage leaking from it and ceiling debris being brought down. Maintenance came in the other day to “fix it”, but all they did was leave the hole uncovered to “dry out” and leave a mess in my bathtub. And not even 4 hours after they left, someone else’s shower water started spraying down from the hole again. It is sick and disgusting. Tony has been the real one for helping me figure this out. But unfortunately this place is inhabitable.

It’s clear this is not a smoke free complex as advertised. Would NOT recommend moving here. There is poor ventilation and this is probably why second hand smoke is seeping in. Also, I have had to place more than 5 work orders already for various things and it takes a month for anyone to respond and thats after repeat calls to the office.
- MMMentory MiddletonOct 29, 20254.0I have the best of both worlds. I have many friends and we truly enjoy our community room. I have lived at the Pavilion for 18 years. We have Lafayette Park as I walk out my front door to the left, which is a tree lined walking park that's nice and quiet. When I'm looking for excitement the city has to offer, I just walk to the right. I walk to Ford Field, Comerica Park or Greektown. I wouldn't live anywhere else. My friend enjoy visiting me especially for the annual fireworks and Thanksgiving day parade.
