  Decent apartment. Moved in for cheaper rent and to save money towards some things. Please understand that it’s an older apartment and they really don’t care. When I moved in it was filthy. Plus, they pretty much just painted over everything. Doesn’t matter what it was. I’ve been here for almost 5 months and I’m finding new pieces of hair that they just painted over every single day. You’ll also have an array of smells in your apartment at times. It doesn’t matter if somebody in another apartment is smoking weed or frying chicken it will come through your vents and you will smell it. The fact I’m now able to save money on cheaper rent is really the only positive thing I can say about this place.

  This hole was here before I even moved in. I moved in late August, and since then it’s been an ongoing issue that has only gotten worse day each day. At first I couldn’t even tell what was wrong, because management never disclosed there was a large hole. It had been covered with a painted piece of plank wood, disguised like a plumbing access door. I’ve submitted 9 work orders about someone else’s shower sewage leaking from it and ceiling debris being brought down. Maintenance came in the other day to “fix it”, but all they did was leave the hole uncovered to “dry out” and leave a mess in my bathtub. And not even 4 hours after they left, someone else’s shower water started spraying down from the hole again. It is sick and disgusting. Tony has been the real one for helping me figure this out. But unfortunately this place is inhabitable.

  One of the worst apartments I have lived in. Moved in 3 months ago and my unit smells of marijuana every night. It’s clear this is not a smoke free complex as advertised. Would NOT recommend moving here. There is poor ventilation and this is probably why second hand smoke is seeping in. Also, I have had to place more than 5 work orders already for various things and it takes a month for anyone to respond and thats after repeat calls to the office.
