  Every interaction I’ve had with management has been positive and productive. They are dependable, easy to talk to, and committed to resident satisfaction. Being right in the middle of downtown Detroit makes it even more rewarding.

  This team sets a high bar for property management. They communicate clearly, close out work orders promptly, and host events that make residents feel appreciated. The vibrant downtown surroundings only enhance the experience.

  Hello, I've been trying to contact a leasing agent at The Ferguson for 3 weeks now, to lease immediately. I've received zero communication in response to both online requests, and messages left with whomever answers the offsite 800 number at Bedrock. I've gone from wanting to schedule a tour, to literally having two simple questions about my preferred unit, so that I'm not applying both site unseen, and questions unanswered. Yet no one seems to care about assisting at all. I would love if an agent could contact me asap, as I'm in a bit of a time crunch and need to decide on a unit this week. Again, The Ferguson is preferred based on location and size, but if the response to my many inquiries is indicative of how management is, I may want to rethink my options.
