  I had a great experience with Chelsea! She was very helpful and very accommodating considering the last minute reach out from me. The property is stunning and very spacious and open. It felt like a safe and semi lux environment ✨

  Our tour of Piquette Flats with Paul could not have been better! He was knowledgable about the building, amenities, surrounding area and very personable. It was a great experience for my daughter (the renter), my husband and me. He kept each of us engaged and entertained. Paul went above and beyond by staying late to show us 2 additional units after we came back from seeing several other apartments in the Milwaukee Junction/New Center areas. By far we had the best experience working with Paul at Piquette Flats.

  Disappointing and Unsafe Living Experience Living in this building has been a constant source of frustration. There are frequent noise disturbances from neighbors, including loud yelling/fighting at 3-6am on weekdays. Trash is regularly left in the hallways, and people who don’t live here smoking in common areas, despite clear policies against it. What’s even more concerning is the lack of safety. There have been random individuals entering the building who I could assume are guests congregating in the hallways, including right in front of my door. This has made me feel incredibly uncomfortable in what’s supposed to be my home. Management has been made aware of these issues multiple times by several residents, but they rarely respond and when they do, nothing meaningful is done except asking residents to call the police. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. Until building management starts prioritizing safety, cleanliness, and basic quality of life for its tenants, I cannot recommend living here.

  I have lived here since December and have had a lot of grace with the building working out it’s kinks since it is a new renovation. I love my apartment and WAS happily settled in until the last few months. There are tenants in the building that regularly smoke cigarettes indoors, loudly argue from 10pm to 6 am on weekdays and weekends, physically fight in the hallways, and have guests ,that do not live here, sleeping and smoking in the common areas. While I recognize that their actions cannot necessarily be controlled by the building I have made it very clear to building management that I feel unsafe in my own home. They have done nothing to remedy the situation. I have been ignored for the last week by the regional manager, Ryan, who assured me that temporary security would put in place while, actions are being taken regarding with the residents that have broken their leasing agreement blatantly and repeatedly. There has been no security and the building is putting their other tenants in the position of regulating other tenants. Building management has offered nothing for the residents that pay their rent on time, and adhere to their lease agreement. This building will take your money and pay you dust if you need anything from them within their scope of responsibilities. I did not want to take my grievances to the internet, however, being ignored when I feel my safety is compromise is not something I’m willing to stay quiet about. The most outrageous part is the building will regularly ask its residents to recommend friends and family to live here in exchange for rent credits. I would never want anybody I care about to be put in this situation that I am currently in. This could have been an excellent space to live, and great location to be in if building management had a shred of urgency in keeping its residents happy and safe.

  My experience was wonderful! The Piquette Flats staff (Antonio) was professional, courteous and an overall enjoyable transition from my previous home to my new unit!! Thank You Antonio for your help in every aspect of my move!
