  Stayed here for 14 months and moving due to relocation. By far the best property manager and maintenance team that I've had. All my maintenance requests have been addressed within 24 hours and Angela the property manager is very understanding and helpful. I've had some issues with deliveries at the start but thats hasn't been a problem for me in the last 6 months. I'm guessing it was from the property being new and delivery drivers not knowing where the units are. I still see doordashers confused on the property though so make sure you write thorough access instructions on there lol

  Plenty of issues I can go on about maybe I will at some point but the latest is Barinas attitude. I called to see when they were going to fix my heat because it's been in and out the last two days and hasn't worked since last night mind you it was 22 degrees last night and she interrupted me twice while I was trying to speak screaming over me with an attitude. Fix your apartments and your attitude. Very rude and unprofessional. I have the whole thing recorded for anyone who's doubtful. Can't imagine what it's like to be 60 something years old and not even have the emotional intelligence to regulate yourself around a 20 year old who's being respectful. Do better.

  I can hear mice in the walls at night decent prices per month but that's for a reason everything is just a cover apartments look new but they're just halfway put together plenty of spots you can notice they just didn't care to fix the only genuinely decent person is Angela's assistant. They advertised the pool all summer it wasn't open until the end of the summer there many more issues however I think the issue really is staffing I think different people would change the potential this property has because it does have potential to be a good property there’s also a clause in the lease agreement that gives management permanent rights to use your photos, videos, or likeness for marketing, even after you move out. It’s listed near the end of the lease, so make sure you understand what you’re agreeing to.

  Stole my “refundable” security deposit. After I put in my application they canceled it on there end and I was told I would receive my $150 back. This was last November. I came back up there multiple times, called multiple times. They told me they sent the refund back to my card when I showed them I was never refunded, they claimed they tried and failed. Then told me I would receive a check that I never received. They then began ignoring all my calls. I guess I’ll have to take this to small claims court.
