- GBGjon BerishajOct 15, 20251.0I was a tenant at this apartment for almost 2 years and paying nearly $3,000 a month. The quality of these apartments are subpar for what you pay each month. You would expect more paying that amount of money. The club house is decent, but the pool is always overcrowded, and the gym could use a lot more equipment. My main issue with this place is when you move out and they nickel & dime you for everything. They expect everything to look brand new and we take a lot of pride in the way our home is kept. Make sure you clean the oven to look brand new or they will charge you for that as well. Overall, I am glad to be out of there and living in my own home instead of wasting money there. There are way better options out there at this price point so make sure to look around first before committing to this place.
