  I was a tenant at this apartment for almost 2 years and paying nearly $3,000 a month. The quality of these apartments are subpar for what you pay each month. You would expect more paying that amount of money. The club house is decent, but the pool is always overcrowded, and the gym could use a lot more equipment. My main issue with this place is when you move out and they nickel & dime you for everything. They expect everything to look brand new and we take a lot of pride in the way our home is kept. Make sure you clean the oven to look brand new or they will charge you for that as well. Overall, I am glad to be out of there and living in my own home instead of wasting money there. There are way better options out there at this price point so make sure to look around first before committing to this place.

  Montclair at Partridge Creek is a great community! The amenities are top notch and the community is well maintained and thoughtfully designed. It's a beautiful place to live with a welcoming atmosphere and so much to enjoy right at your doorstep!

  Very high rental rates compared to offered housing. When we moved in our unit was filthy and we had to go to corporate for a resolution. It appears that greater attention is paid to the newer units. Beware if you’re considering moving here. A positive is that maintenance is responsive when there’s an issue. However, they will nickel and dime you for replacement filters for the fridge and if the cheap door holders break in their low budget appliances!
