  Woodland Meadows doesn't care about their residents. They ONLY care about raising rent, remodeling the leasing office and the outter appearances of the building. Dart Properties was the BEST! They cared about the residents. They took pride in the type of people they let move here. When they left, everything started to go downhill. The windows are horrible. In the winter, air comes straight through and they don't care. In the summer, insects comes straight through. As long as you keep paying your rent. That's all that matters. As I read other reviews I noticed the so called owner always refer everyone with a problem to call the leasing office. In my opinion, it's proof they don't really care because if they did, they would get more involved. Why send people to the very place they have the problem with? No, my issues has already been mentioned to the leasing office. It's time for someone from upper management to get involved. Woodland Meadows contracted a cement company to repair the sidewalks and they got cement on several vehicles, i informed management and still nothing. They were negligent by not informing residents to move their vehicles. I have been very patient and have been told they would do their best. No, they MUST right their wrong. I WILL hold management responsible for the damage to my vehicle. There use to be a time when I would recommend family and friends to move here, but not now. Meanwhile, I'll continue to pay my rent until I change my situation. #sad

  We moved here in August 2023 and I can honestly say that Woodland Meadows is the best apartment complex that I have lived in, by far. The complex is very clean and well maintained with beautiful landscaping and flowers. I really like the convenient Dog Waste Stations that dispense the doggy bags and have an attached trash can, making it easy to cleanup after my dog. There are other wonderful amenities like a recently renovated workout center, grilling station with gas grills & picnic tables near the pool and there is a large firepit nearby as well. But my favorite perk is the trash pickup right from my front door 5 nights a week (Sunday - Thursday nights). This is an amazing convenience that just makes life easier! Maintenance is responsive and prompt. My washing machine was making weird noises & a single call to Maintenance resulted in a brand-new washing machine within 24 hours. The only thing that I wish was different would be a few community activities - Euchre nights, book club, maybe even a craft/hobby night. The clubhouse is beautiful and it's a real shame not to utilize it more with activities for the residents. Bottom line - great place to live!
