  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! this is the WORST apartment complex in clarkston. they over charge on rent, have low office staff, and DONT REPORT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY IN THE COMPLEX! my car was broken into MULTIPLE times and eventually stolen. not one message was sent out to the rest of the complex to be aware of their surroundings. they also demand a 30/60 day notice to move out… but still charge you for those 30/60 days. this place is a scam!!!!!! almost $6k just for me to move out on my own terms. 0/10 would NOT recommend living here. i absolutely HATE living here and cannot wait to get the hell out of this place!!!!! AWFUL TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

  This place is full of mold and is next to a trailer park that dumps trash everywhere people dont pick up the dog waste and the company cant keep a management team in the office if I had more common sense I would've never moved in this place idk who makes decisions for the property but they shouldn't be

  Ashley and Alisha make a great team and have been SO helpful in explaining all the great amenities and different floorplans and their upgrades!

  Call themselves pet friendly, but they recently took away one of the dog waste bins. And where there are bins, they are overflowing 80% of the time. I have a list of other problems, but I'll add to this review after I move out. In response to the owner's response: Jan 29 Ashley: "We are working on getting all of those replaced as soon as possible. ... We are attempting to repair and prevent any further misuse of these bins." Feb 17 Me *asks for update on the dog waste bin that was removed* Feb 18 Ashley: "We were unable to repair the bin, so we have ordered a new one. As soon as it is delivered, we will replace it." Me *notifies them that the container has been empty of waste bags and needs to be refilled* Feb 23 Me *notifies them again that the container still has not been refilled with dog waste bags* Feb 25 Me *another reminder with no reply* March 4 Me *another reminder still awaiting a reply*

  This place is terrible with funds, I applied back in October . I cancelled the same day I was approved because they wanted my move-in cost upfront ( first month and security deposit) 5 days in advance before giving me the keys to my apartment. Ive tried following up every two weeks for my refund of my holding deposit. It is December 16th and still no check . They keep telling me the same thing. “ we have to issue a new check” how when it’s supposed to be delivered to the leasing office. $150 holding fee , and I’m still waiting .
