  I love it here. The women in the front office are great! The maintenance are very good as well. I just hope the new management is as good or even better as the old. I plan to stay forever 💗

  Why do they keep changing owners? Second time in past years. That's not a good thing because they will find ways to add to our rent like the last owners did with the trash pickup and water bill.

  Owner recently changed hands, and within a couple weeks of purchasing the property the new owners are sending out a blast to the entire complex that they need an entire five day window, beginning the next business day, to install an alarm on the stove that hasn't been present in the last ten years. They aren't communicating projected dates for individual buildings, no the entire complex has to lock their pets up for an entire week. Very messy, unprofessional, uncoordinated, and quite frankly tone-deaf way to handle an entirely non-critical maintenance task. If you're looking for a new apartment, don't bother looking here. The new owners aren't any better than Greystar was.

  I’ve lived here for almost 3 years, and have loved the community, I love that’s is central, quiet, surrounded by nature. However I feel like the community could definitely use some upgrades, ie, providing carpet cleaning for residents every year, adding a community garden, a playground, we have so much space on the grounds, they should utilize it! Just a thought! Hidden lakes is great and I’m very happy here!

  I have been very happy living here for the past 4 years. The maintenance is fast, the folks at the office are more than helpful whenever you need something. This place has great amenities, from the pools and the gym to the basketball court and pet park. If you are looking for your next place to live in Clarkston, call Hidden lakes your next home.
