I cancelled the same day I was approved because they wanted my move-in cost upfront ( first month and security deposit) 5 days in advance before giving me the keys to my apartment. Ive tried following up every two weeks for my refund of my holding deposit. It is December 16th and still no check . They keep telling me the same thing. “ we have to issue a new check” how when it’s supposed to be delivered to the leasing office. $150 holding fee , and I’m still waiting .
