Every process was handled with the help of the employees guiding me along the way. I never felt out of touch with the build. Employees like Brian (sales) Matt (const. mgr) Jim (home warrenty) I can't thank enough for their help. Very please after 11 months and look forward to the rest of the years.

There is little to do in the surrounding areas even with Michigan Ave. close by but it is not a far drive to Cherry Hill Village, Ford rd, and the main part of the city. Cell signal is very poor inside the home but that could be due in part to the home construction in the area.
