I Moved here back in June 2025 I love my home I am fortunate to live on a decent street . I have recently received concerning messages from park warning people of there kids being destructive so that's worrisome.. also I realize every park raises rent ... But reading these reviews I am very worried about it ... Life is getting very expensive.. so worrying about lot raising when we aren't very clear on why it is being raised and not being invested back into the park is VERY concerning... Long story short ... I really hope the park realizes there residents have life's and live paycheck to paycheck so I'm praying they see this and actually take the rent into consideration...
I am giving a 4star becuz the entrance. .. I have to go 2 miles n hour over that curb please fix it TelaValley I'm sure everyone including the parkmaintance people would greatly appreciate it
Thankyou♥️🙏

I’ve been here for a year now, signing my lease renewal today actually! I’m pretty grateful to have found this park, it’s usually really quiet & there are far more friendly neighbors than not. Kim in the office is a god send & emails/calls me back even on the weekends which is never expected but always greatly appreciated. I look forward to renewing & eventually investing into purchasing a home if all goes well!

I moved in back in 2021 when my lot rent was $524. Since then, it has been raised by $50 every year without proper notice. I am now paying $724, which is excessive given the poor condition of the community. The grounds are not maintained, potholes are everywhere, and it is unclear how the additional money collected each year is being used. These increases are unreasonable and need to be addressed.
The community environment has also declined. My home has been spray-painted, rocks have been thrown at it, and disruptive behavior continues unchecked. When residents bring concerns to management, they are often dismissed or silenced rather than heard. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.
Trash service has been another ongoing problem. Despite paying for the service, trash has frequently sat on the curb uncollected. We have gone through three different companies in just one year, residents should have been reimbursed for the service interruptions.
On top of this, nails in the streets have become a hazard. I have personally had multiple nails in my tires, and other residents have reported similar problems. The streets need to be cleaned and maintained to prevent further damage and safety risks.
Overall, the rising lot rent, combined with the lack of maintenance, unsafe conditions, and poor management response, is unacceptable. These issues require immediate and serious attention.
