  Noble on the Lake is a great community! The units are modern, the property is well maintained, and the clubhouse is amazing. KMG Prestige has a fantastic reputation for having well-managed sites and this one is no different. They also have a great office staff. Colleen and Missy are wonderful to work with and it is very clear that they care about their residents and creating an environment where people want to be. I would highly recommend stopping in to see them!

  While the physical property at Encore at Lake Forest Trail is well-maintained and our time living there was pleasant, the management (Noble) has made the move-out process an absolute nightmare. Our scheduled move-out date was November 30th, but we vacated early on November 26th and hand-delivered the keys to the office. Despite this, the front office erroneously recorded our departure as December 6th. We provided a full 60-day notice and left the unit in pristine condition, yet we are still fighting to recover over $700 in wrongful 'late move-out' fees and prorated rent. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone at the office, and the total lack of communication has made resolving this simple clerical error an exhausting ordeal. While they have promised to correct this multiple times via email, phone, and even in person, there have been zero updates or credits in six months. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property; the lack of accountability regarding security deposits and the refusal to follow up with tenants is unacceptable.

  We had a terrible experience living here. Moved into a new unit and had water damage two different times which took weeks to repair. Pool was closed for weeks due to it being green last summer and the golf simulator was down a lot. Management changed which we thought would be helpful, however the communication was still terrible. Never respond to emails or return phone calls. Moved out and we still haven’t received our security deposit after 45 days. First attempt was sent to the wrong address after we emailed and called to verify address. Another resident who moved out recently called and said they had our security deposit and asked if we had theirs. Very disappointing experience for the amount you spend monthly on rent.

  The office staff and maintenance in Noble on the Lake are excellent. Colleen, Missy and James from maintenance are always there for the tenants to help you with a smile.😀

  Noble on the Lake is such an amazing place. Missy went above and beyond to explain the amenities and neighborhood, which helped me picture living there.” The manager of the property, Colleen introduced herself as well. They made me feel welcomed! “I never felt rushed—they made sure I saw everything and had all my questions answered.” “Their enthusiasm for the community really stood out and made a great impression.” I even got the opportunity to meet the man in charge of maintenance, James while walking the property.
