  Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst decisions I ever made. Sloppy paint job in the kitchen, took forever to get someone to answer, respond, and show up. I'm sorry that I did not check the Google views before making my decision to move into these estates. I also contacted the corporate office, and I am just as disappointed in that outcome as well. No one answered or returned my calls. As a new tenant that followed through with all that was asked of me, this is totally unacceptable. I would never refer anyone to move/live here, because I value the people I know and love, and would not want my name associated with this property. Signed, Very Disappointed Tenant!

  My partner had her ceiling collapsed in her entire living room in 2022, they moved her into a new unit after rushing and locking her out of her unit with all of her belongings in there. Then 2 months later in the new unit, her CEILING COLLAPSED AGAIN the day after Christmas. She was then forced to sign a NDA in order to be released from her lease and having to pay for January rent. she was manipulated, and forced into signing a NDA and lease release in order for her to move into a new house. They locked her out of her unit and did not tell her why until a week later after she had been in and out getting her things that there was asbestos. She was only 22, new to Michigan and had no one on her side to understand what a traumatizing situation she was in and they did not do anything to help her but force her out by keeping her quiet. This place is a public safety hazard. **UPDATE** No help from you guys when it happened, so I don't see how a phone call would be any different. We are handling it through legal action. Thanks for nothing.

  I called to inquiry some information for apartment availabilities. I spoke with Khim! She was beyond pleasant and answered all of my questions with ease. I will be following up with the office soon for possible move in dates!

  Lindsey at the Waverly Apartments in Belleville was wonderful to work with and always friendly and helpful. The lake is beautiful and adds a peaceful, relaxing vibe to the community. The services and staff were excellent, making the overall experience great and highly recommendable.

  My husband a I have been residents at the Waverly property for over a year, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Tiffany N, the property manager, and Keyon, the regional superintendent. We were going through a very difficult situation, and with the incident that happened in our apartment, they both stepped in with genuine care and professionalism. Tiffany went above and beyond to advocate for us and make sure our needs were addressed. She didn’t just do her job—she fought for us, listened to us, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Keyon also played a big role in helping us through that hard time, addressing our needs in person, being onsite and always present! If you ever have any issues at the property, I highly recommend reaching out to Tiffany N. She will do her absolute best to ensure you have a positive experience. At the end of the day, they’re human and have limits, but they truly do everything in their power to help their residents. Thank you again, Tiffany N and Keyon, for treating us with respect, care, and compassion. We are genuinely grateful. 🙏🏽
