    Lindsey at the Waverly Apartments in Belleville was wonderful to work with and always friendly and helpful. The lake is beautiful and adds a peaceful, relaxing vibe to the community. The services and staff were excellent, making the overall experience great and highly recommendable.

    My husband a I have been residents at the Waverly property for over a year, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Tiffany N, the property manager, and Keyon, the regional superintendent. We were going through a very difficult situation, and with the incident that happened in our apartment, they both stepped in with genuine care and professionalism. Tiffany went above and beyond to advocate for us and make sure our needs were addressed. She didn’t just do her job—she fought for us, listened to us, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Keyon also played a big role in helping us through that hard time, addressing our needs in person, being onsite and always present! If you ever have any issues at the property, I highly recommend reaching out to Tiffany N. She will do her absolute best to ensure you have a positive experience. At the end of the day, they’re human and have limits, but they truly do everything in their power to help their residents. Thank you again, Tiffany N and Keyon, for treating us with respect, care, and compassion. We are genuinely grateful. 🙏🏽

    Overall I’m very pleased with my apartment. I had a chance to briefly speak with the assistant manager (LaTricia) who was very professional and had great customer service skills. She answered all of my questions and promptly responded to a few minor concerns that I had expressed to her. Honestly I wasn’t expecting for the repairs to my home to be addressed as quickly, however I felt as though she made it her mission to ensure that this matter got resolved within a reasonable amount of time, and for that I am truly thankful! I would highly recommend speaking with her personally!

    When I moved in, I loved my apartment. The layout was great, noise was minimal, and management was helpful. However, since the management has switched over I have had a pretty bad experience. The office rarely answers calls to the point where I have to reach out multiple times just to have a chance at talking to somebody. The recent HVAC renovation was communicated poorly with vendors leaving debris behind and the new system taking 50% of my bedroom closet. The renovations consisted of putting in new flooring (that didn’t match the rest of the apartment), new electrical, and the HVAC installation. Each of these tasks were spread out across 2 months and the schedule was rarely accurate. Debris was left behind alongside a hole in my wall from the old AC system that will supposedly be fixed at some point (though I doubt it). On top of that, the apartments below, above, and next to me are being remodeled and the noise has been consistently deafening (not only construction sounds but also slamming doors, loud music, and yelling). This has been going on for over a month with no end date in sight. Lastly, the pipe under my sink is broken to the point that any time water goes down the drain it immediately gushes out of the pipe. My kitchen sink and dishwasher are unusable. Despite putting in a maintenance request 2 weeks ago and calling the front office multiple times, nobody has come to fix the issue. If you want poor customer service, unreliable/nonexistent maintenance, and daily noise that doesn’t pair well with working remotely (as I do), this will be a great apartment for you. Otherwise, I would recommend you look virtually anywhere else.
