Constant harassment about violations when everything is speculation because of the proximity of my apartment. Never in my life have I had a more terrible living experience. Condescending management. Zero stars.

- TCTimothy CarthanFeb 17, 20261.01st incident happened when there was leak in my ceiling that collapsed on my couch and the maintenance guy slung wet drywall over my tv, couch, plants and china cabinet. He put a dryer in but removed a few hours later while the floor was wet. He stated hell be back to vaccume the water up. He never returned so I called the next day and they returned the dryer to dry the the carpet of somewhat. To fix the hole in my ceiling took about 3 weeks to repair and another week to paint. Back in December ( between the 2 or 4) my dishwasher filled up with water so I called emergency maintenance they came out got most of the water out and stated someone will be out Monday to replace it. 3 more guys came out turned it on filling up with water again and left. Last guy left a note have to order copper pipes even though its vinyl tubing on it and never returned. Here it is February 16 and not a word. Today maintenance came out and to replace my batteries in my door because they were at 14%, he removed the batteries and replaced them with the same batteries cause they were still at 14%. So I wouldn't be locked out of my home I replaced them with new batteries. I here other people praise maintenance unfortunately I cannot say the same. I'm starting to wonder am I singled out because of race or what? What is the true problem?
