- MRMiya RussellSep 20, 20251.0Moved in 3wks ago had to pay a 1700 security deposit to move in and carpets were not touched whole townhouse wasn't cleaned and we have found 2 alive German cockroaches inside. Pictures of the water from me personally cleaning the carpets myself after having to pay to rent a carpet cleaner.
- MCMadalyn CampbellJul 10, 20251.0I scheduled a tour here. When I arrived the main office was locked and closed. I stood outside knocking for about 10 minutes to have a maintenance man answer the door and tell me they are closed. I told him I had a tour and he went to contact the manager who was not there for the tour. While doing so he locked me outside in 90 degree weather to wait another 10 minutes for a manager to arrive. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to pay for and complete an application to view an apartment when I already scheduled a tour. I then refused and express that I drove 45 minutes to attend the scheduled tour. She eventually showed me units that she initially said she could not show. While showing me units she refused to answer any specific questions about the property. I was excited for what the pictures looked like online and was ready to sign for a unit day of, but after being treated disrespectfully I will not be providing them any business. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.
