- MRMiya RussellSep 20, 20251.0Moved in 3wks ago had to pay a 1700 security deposit to move in and carpets were not touched whole townhouse wasn't cleaned and we have found 2 alive German cockroaches inside. Pictures of the water from me personally cleaning the carpets myself after having to pay to rent a carpet cleaner.

I still didn’t receive ew carpet at all. 2 people has move in the complex and I see maintenance giving them new carpet. I will not be renewing my lease here at all. I sent multiple emails and pictures. I never moved into a new place where they didn’t change the carpet all maintenance stated they try to clean it the best way they could.
- AMAmanda MarshallAug 6, 20251.0I would not recommend the worse apartments in Battle Creek. You can be cooking in the kitchen and all of sudden you hear gun shots. People get shot and come through your window damage all your furniture and the office doesn’t replace anything. Leave your window boarded up for a month. before its fix. You pay over 1200/month and don’t get access to fitness center or pool. If no one is watching the pool then it’s closed. Then you have fake lifeguards thinking they can take to residents however they please. Pool only open at weird times of day. You get charge for stuff that’s not in the lease. Your car gets broken into. Disrespectful kids. What doesn’t happen here. Run turn the other way.

I stood outside knocking for about 10 minutes to have a maintenance man answer the door and tell me they are closed. I told him I had a tour and he went to contact the manager who was not there for the tour. While doing so he locked me outside in 90 degree weather to wait another 10 minutes for a manager to arrive. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to pay for and complete an application to view an apartment when I already scheduled a tour. I then refused and express that I drove 45 minutes to attend the scheduled tour. She eventually showed me units that she initially said she could not show. While showing me units she refused to answer any specific questions about the property. I was excited for what the pictures looked like online and was ready to sign for a unit day of, but after being treated disrespectfully I will not be providing them any business. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.
