  I have looked at many apartments throughout the area and called even more to get information. I have a unique situation and a lot of people have been rude or unhelpful but from the moment I spoke with the leasing manager, Dana, he treated me with kindness, respect, empathy and has ALWAYS followed up as promised. Gives all info, very honest. I’m going to decide within the next couple of days, but at any rate, I wanted to leave this review and show my true gratitude towards you. You are one of few people that I feel like would listen to me and help me. It means a lot. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for an apartment in the area to come here. They make the experience easy from day one. Kristen

  I recently relocated to the area for a new job and am very satisfied with my decision to make Five Points Apartments my home. The efficiency of the move-in process was impressive; the leasing office worked within a rather tight window to get me into a unit that fit my budget and ticked every box on my list. Being able to get fully settled-in before my first day of work was a massive relief. The community itself maintains a clean, quiet, and peaceful vibe - it’s a respectful environment with a mix of professional types and students as far as I can tell. Furthermore, the location itself is unbeatable for convenience. Having easy access to I-75 alongside a wide variety of consistent grocery and dining options makes this an ideal home base for a busy lifestyle. The staff performance is what truly sets this property apart. Dana in the leasing office was highly professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with my frequent questions and calls. He handled the entire onboarding process like a total pro, and I could easily see him as a Property Manager someday. Additionally, Scott from the maintenance team is fantastic. I had a few minor maintenance needs upon moving in, and he was all over them immediately. I’m ten days into a 15-month lease and feel very confident that my needs will be well taken care of here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-managed living situation in Auburn Hills.
