  Great location for convenience and staying active, with plenty of trails and sidewalks nearby. The apartment layout is excellent—lots of storage, quality finishes, and attached garages. Minus one star for poor soundproofing. I’ve lived here for two years, and throughout that time, I’ve been able to hear my neighbor’s TV loud and clear through the walls. Sometimes, I even hear it through the electronic monitor in my kid’s bedroom. I can also hear water running from another neighbor’s shower. The soundproofing between units is very poorly done. Honestly, it comes down to luck—if you have quiet neighbors, you’re fine; if not, you’re stuck. And it’s not their fault—I’m sure they hear my daily life just as much as I hear theirs. Minus two stars for management. This is the most disappointing part. I expected that being locally managed would make them easier to work with, but it’s just like dealing with a big property management company: zero flexibility and unreasonable terms. They refuse to compromise on anything and pressure tenants into accepting all their conditions. A little common sense and fairness would go a long way and make a huge difference.

  Awful experience Management has no sympathy or compaassion. Made me forfeit over 8k which included security deposit and first month and a half rent after an accident affected me moving into the property.

  If I could give this place negative 50 stars I would. We reserved the 3 bed 2 and a half bath town home, and they called us letting us know our unit wouldn't be ready a month before we were supposed to move in, due to the fact that the current tenant would not leave the unit. We talked to Paul the owner and he said we would have the unit by the end of the month instead of the middle of the month He stated we would be first in line for the unit that we originally signed for. My wife called them back for the exact date of our new move in to find out they took us off the list completely. This place is by far the worst encounter I have ever had with a rent property.
