  The property is so pretty and the floorplans are very spacious. I LOVE the real wood burning fireplaces, perfect for Ann Arbor winters! And the team is great too, very attentive and friendly. I would recommend to anyone!

  I have been living at this community for almost 6 months now. I have been fortunate enough to get a town house at this community at really affordable price then what other communities provide. To be honest, my stay here is a very pleasant experience. For ex: After the winters, there were many dead leaves at my front yard and I wasn't sure if this is something which I can request maintenance for, but still wanted to try my luck. Within an hour of raising a maintenance request, the staff cleaned up all of that and after that I receive a call from leasing office to check if I was satisfied with the clean up. Who does that ? So far, in all my renting experience, I have never experienced a community where staff calls back to check if I am satisfied with their service. Please note that I am not getting any incentive to write this review nor the community is asking me to do this. I am purely writing this as something to give back to the team for making my stay, a pleasant one. Apart from maintenance, there is a small lake next to the leasing office and it's my favorite spot to stroll around there. This is surely a peaceful and safe stay and so far I have never experienced any bad experiences.

  Apartments are pretty nice but very expensive considering that customer service is lacking. Woodland Mews is very unorganized when it comes to almost everything like falsely advertising resident giveaways, and more important things such as maintenance, bill inquiries etc. They are so unorganized that on more than one occasion I have received different answers from different people working here. This leads to false promises and misleading information.
