  The management here is atrocious. I had the worst experience subleasing here last summer, and I would not recommend anyone ever agree to a sublease with this company. Last summer I subleased an apartment and when I walked in, the entire place was disgusting. The toilets were clogged. Food in the fridge. Belongings from previous tenants everywhere. Why should I have to pay a security deposit, when Six11 claimed they are not responsible for cleaning it before I arrived? It was so disgusting I had to hire a cleaning service. After trying to get in touch with management for HOURS… The management finally agreed over the phone that they would reimburse us. $600 for the cleaning service, we sent our receipt and waited. Well, after following up with them for weeks after, they changed their mind and never reimbursed us. The management here is absolutely horrible and I would NEVER stay here again.

  My daughter moved out 12/31/25. I have had to call and email numerous times to get the security deposit and extra rent we paid back as a check. Sixty days later, I finally get a check and it BOUNCES due to Non-Sufficient Funds. I have had numerous conversations with Danielle Messing the manager, Tara Cabble the Area Manager. They tell you that the money is on it's way but they continue to give the run-around. We are contractually owed $1327 and I have now had to file a complaint with the Attorney General of Michigan and have also started to call John O'Brien the Chief Admin Officer of Cardinal Group, who signed the check that bounced. We are now pursuing legal avenues. To all parents, DO NOT rent here. I will continue to call/email and pursue until we get back our contractually entitled funds. By the way, I have paid all rent on time including the portion for my daughter's subletter. We are also filing a complaint with U of M legal services. I cannot stress enough to not rent here.

  The staff and the community at this complex is wonderful! Brooke showed me around and answered all of my questions perfectly! I highly recommend this complex for any incoming student.

  I toured six11 for housing as an incoming transfer student. Brooke showed me around the complex, answered all of my questions, and helped me get settled with my lease and move in. Brooke was so helpful and kind through my whole process, I highly recommend six11!

  Brooke was super helpful with answering questions about leasing options, uncertainties with apartment living, and finding the floor plan that fit me. Brooke was very kind and such a welcoming presence during the leasing process!
