  Just avoid. Noisy, lots of undergrads and never refunded my security deposit after contacting more than 6 times in the past 9 months

  I’ve really enjoyed living at The Yard Ann Arbor and it’s a solid 5 stars for me. It’s in a great spot on South Main, close to campus for an easy walk, right by downtown, and the private shuttle is a lifesaver on bad weather days. I like having my own bedroom in a fully furnished apartment with modern appliances, and the 24-hour gym, heated pool, and study lounges make it convenient to work out, relax, or get stuff done without leaving the building. The staff has always been quick to help with anything I’ve needed. Ask for Tara she is great.

  I’ve really enjoyed every time that I have gotten to visit The Yard as I have been looking for housing. I love how reliable and the staff is, especially Autumn through my search for housing for Fall 2026

  I was at The Yard about a month ago and happened to get lost on my way to my friends' apartment; not a good situation. Thankfully, I ran into this very fine gentleman, Zayaan I believe, and he went out of his way to help me get to the right place. What I took from this interaction is that the renters at The Yard are very generous people!

  I really had a great time visiting my friend at the yard. I did take a tour with her to see if i wanted to live in the community. Autumn toured me and it was nice to get a residents perspective of what it is like to live at the Yard. it gave me a sneak peak of what it will be like if I were to move in.
