  I toured the 4x4 model unit with Autumn, who is also a resident at The Yard. Autumn was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the property. I really enjoyed visiting the property.

  I loved the place!!! I went in for a tour and I have nothing but good things to say. I really appreciate this worker named autumn I believe that is her name. She helped out with a lot of questions I had and was very polite and sweet. I will definitely start looking in to moving here later on.

  Be warned, people steal your packages all the time and management (new) does absolutely nothing about it.

  Nice apartments! Stopped by leasing office for a tour and their leasing manager has been super responsive and helpful. I have friends that live here and say they love it and it's been a positive experience. They enjoy the resident events and the pool is a big bonus. Walkable to main street, so easy to get home after a night out.... and there is a shuttle to campus. Just changed management companies they said.

  Keeps asking me to leave a review when there is literal trash in the hallways from people who can't be bothered to bring them to the trash room. Priorities are off.
