  Just moved in, everything is perfect. Kiara in the office was so helpful and maintenance was quick and efficient. Would def recommend this place.

  The front desk workers were very kind, but the internet was always down and DO NOT GET MAIL DELIVERED HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Residents are provided with a passworded locker for mail, but they never get used. Instead the delivery drivers just threw everyone's mail on a counter in the unlocked mail room. 3 of my packages were stolen in the span of a month. And there's a trash chute in the center of that counter, so I often had to sift through the garbage to see if that's where my mail went. I never found any of it but the tracking always said it had been "successfully delivered to the mail room", so that's how I know they were stolen. I've seen countless letters marked confidential and high priority just thrown out in the open on that countertop, and just as many lost in the trash as well. It's completely ridiculous and sounds illegal somehow but I don't know enough about mailing laws to really say. And as I mentioned before, the Internet is ALWAYS down (says "secured, no internet" for 3-8 hours a day, which means it's not a connection issue on my end, rather the building's router is failing to connect to the internet), so you don't want to live here if you work virtually from home or play online games regularly. I had to go to a friend's house to use their internet for work often. If the mail and internet weren't so terrible, this would be a 4 or 5 star rating. Everything else was great. It was clean, no mold or bugs, I felt very safe in the neighborhood, the dog park was cute, there's a pool... (Also, the studio apartments also have no bathroom door, just an extremely ugly "barn door" that doesn't close, only slides so it's vaguely covering the bathroom, you can still see in through the cracks. And it doesn't even have the charm of an actual barn door, it has all this exposed metal and looks like something you'd find in a factory. It's so flimsy that my cat is strong enough to slide the door open. So if you have friends over, they'll have zero privacy in the bathroom. It shows awful taste on the landlord's part haha)

  I have called several times and am unable to get ahold of anyone. I still don’t have a status update on my application and I need to move immediately. It was strange that I had to link my bank account to the application and contact third party “guarantors” — I’ve never heard of such a thing. The guy showing me the apartment was friendly and responsive, but overall the process seemed weird, especially since very few people appear to be renting here. Still definitely want the apartment, but really need some clarity and straight answers. Thanks.

  The woman with red hair in the office is arrogant and rude. You may want to consider having someone with a more positive attitude and better customer service skills. Acting like I was a bother, is unacceptable for someone running a business.
