  We’ve lived at Nonesuch River Apartments for 3.5 months, and we’ve been very happy with our choice. Adreanna was wonderful to work with as we toured, signed the lease, and moved in, and she’s been great at keeping the community up to date on announcements and other information. Any questions or maintenance issues have been quickly addressed. Our apartment is spacious and has lots of natural light, and the fit and finish is excellent. The gym is great--it has everything we need for a good workout, and the location of the community is super convenient to everything. It really is a great place to call home.

  We made our decision to relocate to Scarborough and thought about how nice it would be to have a place that nobody had lived in before. Adreanna helped us tremendously during the process and answered any and all of our questions. She took the time to reach out even during off hours and when she was off-site and always made us feel like we were a priority. We have now been in the apartment for about 6 weeks and definitely have no regrets about our choice. Even though the construction is ongoing, it has not been noisy or intrusive. Highly recommend.
