    Chanel Britton has always been so sweet and helpful whenever we come in to pick up packages. We’ve lived here for quite some time, and she consistently provides excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude. She is professional, kind, and always willing to help residents with anything they need. It’s always a pleasure interacting with her. Chanel truly makes a positive difference in the community. 5 stars!

    I had a deeply disappointing experience at Tuscany Garden that I feel others should be aware of. About a month ago, my family and I attempted to do a walk-in tour after visiting their sister property, Tuscany Woods, where we were welcomed without an appointment. At Tuscany Garden, we were told by the young white/possibly Latina woman who sits on the left handed side of the leasing office when you first walk in that we couldn’t tour without one, which we respected. I later took the time to schedule an appointment online for a two-bedroom and even took time off work to attend. I want to emphasize that I was genuinely interested in this property. Based on the pictures online, I really liked what I saw and was seriously considering leasing here, which is why I made the effort to schedule properly and visit in person. When we arrived on time for our appointment, we were greeted by the same leasing agent. From the start, her demeanor was unwelcoming and dismissive. While this may seem minor to some, the tone and body language set the stage for the entire interaction and made us feel uncomfortable being there. Despite having scheduled a two-bedroom tour in advance, I was told upon arrival that none were available to view. When I asked if we could instead tour a one-bedroom, I was told that she could just show me pictures instead. At that point, I chose to leave. I understand that availability can change. However, the lack of communication, unwillingness to accommodate a simple alternative, and overall customer service were unacceptable, especially considering I had a confirmed appointment and rearranged my schedule to be there. What made this experience more concerning is how unwelcome we felt throughout the interaction. It did not feel like a simple scheduling issue, it felt like we were being dismissed entirely. After sharing this experience with others, I learned that similar concerns have been raised about this property’s customer service, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. I would strongly encourage management to evaluate how prospective tenants are being treated. First impressions matter, and this was not a positive one. I hope this feedback leads to meaningful improvements, both in professionalism and in how all potential residents are welcomed.

    Living here has been amazing Especially the office, Dante peters Great guy every time I see him he say good morning good afternoon whatever I need. He make sure I get it and he’s always on time. God bless him and we need more people like him in this world. Thank you Dante for being amazing whenever I come to the office or just seeing you around the complex

    ⚠️ **Warning to the Community – Please Be Careful** I want to share my experience so others don’t waste their time like I did. There is a lady named Melissa who works there. Her attitude toward applicants is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She behaves as if she owns the place and shows no basic customer service or courtesy. They kept my application for almost **one full month** without giving a clear answer. After making me wait all that time, they simply told me that I was **not eligible for the apartment**. No proper explanation, just wasted time and poor communication. This kind of behavior is unfair and very frustrating for people who are seriously looking for a place to live. Please be careful before applying and make sure you get clear information from them first. I’m sharing this so others in the community are aware and don’t go through the same experience.
