I was always treated with respect by the office staff and maintenance personnel. The office always handledl any complaint I had. The maintenance staff was always quick to respond to my service calls. Even their after hours service deserves a commendation. All my neighbors were good and considerate specially for our safety except one tenant. Over all, it was a pleasant experience. (Brenda Hamdan)

BEWARE! Constant car break ins. We have been living here barely 3 months and in our time here our cars have been broken into twice! The first time it happened the window of our car was smashed in alongside 30+ other cars in the development. The second time was today when someone tried to break in through the door. Management refuses to install cameras outside of the buildings and are aware that this is a constant issue, which they continue to ignore.
P.S. Other people have also commented that they have their cars being broken into one and two months ago. Management replied that they are escalating and urgently looking into it, but that’s a complete lie. They have continued to do absolutely nothing to resolve this.
I enjoyed my stay here! Apartment was in good shape, clean, and did not need to call maintenance while there; Leasing office was responsive when needed; trash protocol was organized and included two dumpsters per building. Neighbors are quiet and often long-term residents. Easily walk-able food/shops/movie theater/convenience. Easy highway access. Tuscany Woods is managed well.

I deleted my last review because you guys said that you were gonna fix it. This is my second winter here and this is my second Mouse in my apartment the first one I killed after you guys said you plugged every hole now winter has just started and now I have another one. I’ve never been a problem tenant I pay my rent on time every month never have an issue, but I don’t understand How this building could have a mouse problem. We moved out of the city to get away from rodents. I don’t wanna have a rodents in my place When I pay too much. and I actually like my apartment and don’t wanna move, but this rodent issue I can’t live with. I’m back being uncomfortable in a home I pay for every month with no problem. This is unacceptable; and the crazy part is I heard the scratching in the wall yesterday and now he shows up. This is absolutely messed up

I recently applied to this property and had a highly unprofessional experience that I feel anyone considering renting here should be aware of.I paid for my application based on information given to me by Tyreek, which turned out to be incorrect. When I questioned why this wasn’t disclosed beforehand, I was told he “just found out” — yet it directly affected my eligibility and money spent.I later spoke with Stephanie, who initially offered to send additional information, but when I asked for a refund due to being improperly informed before applying, she stated the fee was already used for screening — then called me two hours later to say they just completed the screening and denied me.The inconsistent timeline, sudden denial, and dismissive tone made me feel that decisions were being made emotionally rather than professionally. Stephanie even made a comment implying they were “not a charity” when discussing my situation, which was unnecessary, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. This experience showed a lack of communication, transparency, and customer service. Future applicants should be cautious — make sure you receive all information before paying anything, and understand that you may not be treated with basic courtesy during the process.
