  I will miss Tuscany Gardens. We moved to a sister property because we needed 3 bedrooms. The leasing office staff, Melissa and Chanel (I believe is her name) were always responsive and helpful. Maintenance was the same, prompt and always completed tasks in a timely fashion. The neighborhood and neighbors were quiet and friendly. They always maintained the property as well. Gym and pool were a nice touch. Did I mention I would miss this place?

  Lived here for 3 years. Maintenance was always immediate, walls are thick, and community is well kept. Chanel made the move out process extremely smooth, would rent again!

  I have been a resident here for a few years now. I absolutely love this place! It is a safe, peaceful, and clean environment to live. The staff is very pleasant and handle matters/concerns in a quickly matter. I also like that the staff always shows their residents their appreciation during certain times of the year, example, Mothers/Father's Day, Veteran's Day, ect. This is a great place to move.

  The only reason why I won’t give it less than 4 stars is because the staff is polite, neighbors are pleasant, and the complex is clean and quiet. I would recommend anyone to live here, HOWEVER Maintenance comes entirely too much. Like it genuinely gets to a certain point. It starts to feel invasive after a while. On top of that, the appliances are old so you have to call maintenance yourself. That + scheduled maintenance makes it seem like they are in my house more than I am. This may not be an issue to most, which is why I’ll still give it a high rating, but personally it’s EXTREMELY annoying.
