    I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is well kept, quiet, and comfortable. What really makes a difference is the leasing team: Shawan and Shanita are always professional, helpful, and quick to assist whenever I have a question or need support. They truly care about the residents and make the process smooth and welcoming. Definitely a great place to call home!

    The is not enough space to share my experience and I don't even know where to begin. It was a great experience 😃😃if I have to rent again I will go back to Rolling Park Apartments. Calling the leasing office for anything I needed was never a problem because they always picked up with a nice tone and took care of the problem. Everything was so easy to access. The most convenient thing for me was opening my door to let someone into my apartment no matter where I was in the country. My mails never got missing even if I am out of town for two weeks it will be right at my door waiting for me to return. I never had to worry about my security at any time.doing laundry in my own apartment at my own convenience, coming home to a parking space everywhere at any time is something I was excited about. I want to use this medium to thank Shanita and Shawan for being very professional and very good at their jobs. Thank for making my stay worth it and my move very successful. Love u guys 🤗🤗🤗🤗

    Way to go, Rolling Park Apartments! A huge shoutout to the management team and maintenance staff for an excellent job clearing the parking lots of snowCRETE. The team worked tirelessly and efficiently, and it really showed. The lots were cleared in a timely manner, making it safer for residents to come and go. This level of care and responsiveness makes a big difference, especially after a winter storm. Thank you for prioritizing safety and keeping the community accessible.

    I lived here for 2 years...Pros: the maintenance men are great, all of the units are 2 bad 2 bath. I also believe theyre expanding on the amount of renovated units in the complex. The complex is fairly big. Rent can be paid online via bank account or card. There is a fee for using a card. I believe the app fee was $25. Maintenance request are usually resolved with 24 hours if not major. Water is paid directly to the complex. Cons:upon move in...we had alot of issues back to back(things that could've been 100% avoided )parking can be tricky depending on what side you live on. People that dont live there come through and dump things / sit in the lot and leave trash and are noisy. I did have a major issue with my water heater and once that happened, leasing became unresponsive to my roommate and I once it was resolved...we'd have to stop into the office when we had questions or send emails...they stopped answering our calls. Upon move out ( 12-20-25) we had out utilities cut on 12/21 because we were moving out...our lease was up on the 31st. We went back in on the 12/22 to take pictures and return mail keys bc the leasing office was closed by the time we finished moving.. we did not return after 12/22. Upon receiving our security deposit back...we were charged UTILITIES of $66 for a unit we were not in. We had cut the heat and turned off all the lights on 12-20-25 once we moved out. We also were charged a $20 interest fee ??? Im not sure why we were charged utilities when we werent there. Leasing and maintenance had begun going into the unit after we moved out...(I could see it from the app we used to lock and unlock the door to the unit) . We also still had to pay BGE for our last 3 days in the unit before we switched the utilities back to the complex...lol. we also had un upstairs neighbor that caused flooding in our unit repeatedly and even once flood the entire unit....we weren't offered anything for that..we just had to take it. All in all I feel like alot of things could've been resolved differently...but the experience here was doable. If you dont have many issues ...you should be fine lol.

    I’ve been living here for over 3 years. I love my apartment. It’s very spacious.maintenance is very good. The leasing agents are very helpful and friendly.
