  Let me tell you of the best management office duo. Marcos and Vanessa. I can't thank y'all enough for guiding me and my family through this process. As many changes we went through y'all met our every need. I can't thank y'all enough. Truly a great experience for getting us into the apartment townhome. Greatly appreciated.

  My greatest experience is having Vanessa Marcos Chelsea apart of Spark Waldorf staff. Vanessa is amazing. Vanessa addressed every concern I had...Vanessa a PHENOMENAL young lady. Her word is her bond and Vanessa stands true to her word addressing every concern I've had was taken care immediately. I've been living at sparks for 20yrs . I've never had the experience I have with Vanessa. She's the EPITOME OF GREATNESS.. Vanessa I truly appreciate your kindness, your dedication. Thank you for your excellent service to our community. Thank you from the bottom of my GRATEFUL HEART FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE...

  BEWARE: DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX!!! They do a horrible job at the upkeep to these homes, then have the nerve to want to charge you for damages that was not even your fault for instance, the paint in the bathroom started peeling after a while because they dont even use primer before painting, even one of the maintenance men confirmed that. I had paint peeling in one bathroom and paint chipping from another door. I contacted them for someone to come do it correctly and no one ever did, but after I moved out they charged me for damages. They don’t renovate the homes well then when new renters come, they have to deal with the wear and tear of the place then get charges for damages. Extremely unacceptable. When I first moved in, my w/d weren’t even hooked up, so when I went to wash clothes, water seeped through the ceiling, created mold and guess what?! They included that in the damages once I moved out!!! Please do not move here. You have been warned!!!! EDIT: also, meant to add, due to the constant brown water coming out the pipes (yes, the running water) it created a brown stain in the tub maybe from old rusty pipes, they actually charged me damages from that as well. It’s just not right. I had to early vacate so on top of paying an early vacate fee, they also charged me over 1K in damages. I am reaching out to GatesHudson Corporate office about this immediately!

  Applied here over the weekend and then got a call saying that we could apply to the Guarantors program but the agent could not send us a link. We did the application and had a problem so we called the leasing office back and the guy said he would call the third party company and speak with them so we could get a link and that he would see what he can do and call us back. Well we never got a call back and when we reached out no one answered the phone (called back several times) I checked the portal this morning and the application in their system was deleted or removed by the leasing office. So it was like we were dismissed and that was our first contact with the leasing off. That process was just weird and I would just be careful, the tone of the agent was as if he didn’t even care and wasn’t really trying to help us complete the process.

  I have been living in Spark since it was Holly Station. I have seen a lot of changes. The best changes I have experienced is the new management company and new staff in the leasing office. Marco, Vanessa and Chelsea have been angels to me during the past year. I had to move from one unit to another. My needing to move had nothing to do with the community. It was the nightmare of the neighbors next to me that made me want to move.Vanessa was very helpful and compassionate when I came to her with my issues. Marco was also very understanding and empathetic to my situation. Chelsea had came onboard during my transition from one unit to another. Chelsea jumped right in, and was very helpful, even though she was new and had just gotten wind of my issues with the neighbors, she handled the situation like a pro. She was very knowledgeable about the community and directed me towards the perfect place for me to call my new home. I love the new unit I am in so much better. It’s the same layout but updated and I was able to take advantage of the rent special being offered for the new unit which made moving from one unit to another more affordable. I feel blessed and fortunate for the hard work and help everyone in the leasing office gave me. The whole staff turned an uncomfortable living situation into a blessing by helping me get away from the nightmare next door. Thank you to the whole leasing office staff and maintenance team. I love my new place 😊💕
