- GBGregory BSep 22, 20251.0Buying a home from Ryan Homes has been the worst experiences I've ever gone through. This is my 4th New construction home purchase (the other 3 were different home builders) and none have them have ever been like this. They have by far the worst customer service team. They build a cheap home they charge you a fortune for it. Do not be fooled by them. When things break they take zero responsibility. Im in the middle of a battle with them and have registered complaints with the BBB. Next stop is going to be court and the department of veteran affairs. I have never been through anything like this. Dont put yourself through this. Do as much research as you can on them before you buy. Sadly I didn't and a got stuck with a lemon of a home. Ryan Homes lies, cheats, and will do what they can to not fix issues they cause by a badly built home. My home is less then 2 years old and from day one I've had issues and the list keeps growing. I hate my home and can't believe Ryan homes treats there customers this way. Not to mention a disabled veteran. I put everything I had into this home and I regret it every day. If you value your money, comfortably, sanity, health or anything else stay as far away from this builder. There are good ones out there this is not one. Also be aware that NVR and Ryan homes are the same company.
