  My husband and I chose this company because of the high rating. We signed up for the Platinum Package for our home to be rented and managed by Real Property Management Gold. I have no idea how it is possible for them you have such a high rating. Sadly, we had an extremely bad experience with them. Their level of professionalism and organization was far below what I expected from a property management company. There is a sort of outsourced call center that your call goes to when trying to call the offiice. Your call is screened before you can speak to anyone that works in office. Communication was inconsistent and often delayed or went completely unanswered. The “call center” staff that I worked with John Genove and Camile Viray were so bad, they did not have the basic training to answer any of our questions, so they either gave us misinformation or we were just ignored. Basic information wasn’t being tracked properly, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get simple questions answered. Important details were either overlooked or handled in a disorganized way, which very often created extreme stress and confusion. We attempted to contact the owner Ryan Vertucci with our complaints but never heard from him. Just one example of the MANY poor interactions we had was when a repair was needed at our home, we were told the repair was complete and pictures of the completed repair were sent, the pictures looked perfect, only to find out we had been lied to for 6 months, the repair was actually not completed. The maintenance manager at the time Gail Carter simply said, “we dropped the ball.” At one point she told us their only job is to collect a check. Everyone we came in contact with at some point was unprofessional, unprepared or misinformed. The manager Tammy Hewitt at one point refused to speak with us or answer any of our questions. She would then send in the maintenance manager Gail Carter to do her job. Gail would then just talk you in circles with no real answers or resolution. The tenant they found was horrible, they had a dog which was not allowed, people living in the house that were not on the lease, they smoked in my home when smoking was not allowed, they mounted televisions on the wall which also went against the lease. We brought our complaints to Real Property Management Gold, and they did nothing about it. The tenant stopped paying rent and abandoned the home. The lack of professionalism or any kind of care for us as a customer or care for our home was beyond stressful and unlike anything I have ever experienced. Things had gotten so bad with them we started to search for legal representation. Real Property Management Gold admitted to things being damaged by the tenant and then refused to hold the tenant responsible and just left the damage for us to handle. There are countless number of incidents that happen with this company that can’t fit into a review. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save the stress and your home and look elsewhere.

  We had a great experience with Ashley from Real Property Management Gold during our inspection today. She was professional, punctual, and very thorough. Ashley explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s always appreciated when someone takes the time to be both detail-oriented and personable, and Ashley definitely did that. We truly appreciate her professionalism and the positive experience she provided. Highly recommend!

  John was fantastic! Professional, prompt, and detail-oriented. The work looks flawless — you can even see the bird imprint on our patio glass in the photos! He made the whole process effortless. Highly recommend!
