  I want to extend my deepest appreciation to Donte Johnson and A.P. Hill for their truly exceptional customer service and outstanding snow‑removal efforts during the recent winter storm. Their commitment to our apartment community went far above and beyond expectations. From the moment the storm began, Donte and A.P. were proactive, visible, and fully engaged. Their efficiency and attention to detail made a tremendous difference, especially during such challenging weather conditions. Beyond the hard work, what really stood out was their professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care for residents. They checked in with community members, responded quickly to concerns, and made everyone feel supported and safe. That level of dedication is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Donte and A.P., for your reliability, hard work, and commitment to excellence. Our community is truly better because of you!

  A. Fears was such a pleasure to work with! She made me feel completely comfortable while searching for an apartment and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and care. I really appreciated how attentive and supportive she was throughout the process she made everything feel easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new place!

  The property manager, Shante (spell check) & my tour guide, David were amazing! They were so kind & answered every question with such great detail. The property is beautiful but the leasing office made me love the place even more just by the interaction.

  Leasing: i didn’t have a great experience with the leasing agent in the beginning he was very dry , communication wasn’t good but i did give it a pass in the beginning because these apartment are newly built and people are still trying to get acquainted. A lot of “ oh i forgot to follow up with you on this and that i knew i did decide to speak with someone else in the leasing office Amaya and Chante have been professional , daily check ins even til this day and I’ve been here a little over a month . I would suggest connecting with them for all your leasing needs they go above and beyond . I will say you can definitely tell the difference between who is here for a check and who really enjoys their job in assisting people making sure they have a smooth transition throughout the whole process . Touring - i didn’t actually see my apartment until move in day .i was told they were still working on /checking everything out before move in but i did see a model exactly the same in person . I will say the pool area /outside area was small it definitely reminded me of like a standard hotel pool /outside sitting area. The exercise room was pretty standard nothing to spectacular . They do have a package area and also a mailbox area that does have an enclosed cover on it which was great to see . The balcony was a bit smaller than I expected but at least you get a balcony .To get in your actual building you will need your FOB key and it only works for your building which was a plus . I think everything should be FOB key but you get standard key for your mailbox and front door . For your guests they do need to be buzzed /call in as well . Parking : for most part with this being newly built it’s not many people yet so parking hasn’t been an issue for me at all . Trash : Initially i did see a problem with trash due to me having to take my own trash out every other day and being charged for a valet service that is suppose to take the trash . This has since changed since mid September trash is taken out Sunday -Thursday . Apartment unit : pics online are very similar to what you will get in person( if your going in blind due to being out of state ,i will say lighting is a little different with the cabinets and flooring but overall pretty spot on ) pros of my unit i love the open kitchen , the island and cabinets which was my reason for selecting this apartment complex . Cons : i will say these apartments were built very quickly and with cheap materials after inspecting my unit I did see a few things very noticeably things that prove this was rushed ,paint on door knobs , doors not sanded /smoothed , Doors were definitely cut way to short and are inches off the ground , Kitchen tile is uneven and poorly finished . If you do select an apartment on the street side you will hear the cars go by morning to night time windows definitely aren’t high quality at all and you can hear your neighbors and people in the hallway. Maintenance/Cleaning : AP and Jacob ( haven’t seen him in a while not sure if he is still here both are very friendly and kind any issues big or small they have come in a timely manner . Cleaning crew i see them more than i don’t so no issues regarding them making sure common areas are clean and sanitized they are very friendly as well.
