  Hola ayer David nos hizo el recorrido por la propiedad nos mostró un apartamento de dos habitaciones y dos baños hermosos por cierto me encantó la cocina muy espaciosa la comunidad se mira hermosa, David fue muy amable y muy servicial y muy profesional gracias David por tu profesionalismo. Si Dios quiere nos mudaremos pronto.

  To lose the gem that is Timmy is truly a loss for Canopy on Western. Not only is he just an absolute beautiful soul, he made my tour, application process, and moving one of the most positive experiences I've ever been through. He was always so accommodating, was thorough, and went above and beyond to address any concerns I had. The shoes that you leave behind to fill will certainly be hard to find, but I wish you all the best in your endeavors. Thank you thank you thank you! Also the apartments here at canopy on western are one of the most beautiful complexes I've seen in waldorf! It is a step above the rest in regards to aesthetic and responsive service.

  Were coming up on a month living here, and I have to say we really enjoy this place. It's quiet, a bit secluded, and the attention to detail is amazing. At first we thought the living room was a bit small, but honestly the kitchen space, along with the closet spaces, makes up for it and gives us a different viewpoint. The only downside is that there is no playground for kids sadly. Therefore, I have to travel to take my child to burn off energy. Timmy assisted us through the application process as well as the move-in process, and in all honesty he helped it go so smoothly. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience would be great through and through. I requested the water temp to be turned up for our unit, and he jumped on it immediately! I also want to mention that as soon as I made it back to my unit, maintenance was on it as well. He arrived quickly and adjusted the water temp quickly. (I didn't catch his name; he was a taller dark skinned man with a beard). Thank you both again if you come across this review. Praying a playground is in the works or in business conversation - a tired mom.

  Timmy truly made our leasing experience exceptional. From the very beginning of our application process, he went above and beyond to guide and support us every step of the way. We encountered a few unexpected roadblocks that could have easily made the process stressful, but Timmy handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. What really impressed us was his dedication to making sure nothing interfered with our move-in timeline. He stayed on top of every detail, kept communication clear and consistent, and worked diligently behind the scenes to keep things moving forward. Even on move-in day, he took the time to check in with us to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were able to get settled in as planned. Timmy is the kind of leasing consultant every community hopes to have — reliable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping residents. It’s clear that he takes pride in what he does and in the experience residents have at Canopy on Western. We’re incredibly grateful for his help and appreciate everything he continues to do for this community. If you’re considering living here, Timmy is definitely someone you can count on!!

  I want to extend my deepest appreciation to Donte Johnson and A.P. Hill for their truly exceptional customer service and outstanding snow‑removal efforts during the recent winter storm. Their commitment to our apartment community went far above and beyond expectations. From the moment the storm began, Donte and A.P. were proactive, visible, and fully engaged. Their efficiency and attention to detail made a tremendous difference, especially during such challenging weather conditions. Beyond the hard work, what really stood out was their professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care for residents. They checked in with community members, responded quickly to concerns, and made everyone feel supported and safe. That level of dedication is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.
